- Do not use services to violate applicable law or the rights of others.
- Do not host or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, or content that facilitates exploitation.
- Do not infringe intellectual property rights or ignore valid legal notices.
03Network and security abuse
- No unauthorized access, credential theft, malware distribution, phishing, or command-and-control activity.
- No denial-of-service attacks, amplification, deliberate network disruption, or attempts to evade protective controls.
- Security research and scanning require authorization from the owner of the target system.
04Messaging and resource use
- Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or operate services using purchased, harvested, or deceptive contact lists.
- Do not consume resources in a way that degrades the platform or interferes with other customers.
- Public proxies, anonymizers, mining, and high-risk automation may require prior written approval.
05Reports and investigation
Send abuse reports to abuse@ingencloud.io with relevant IP addresses, timestamps, logs, and supporting details. We may inspect operational records, request information, restrict traffic, or preserve data as reasonably necessary to investigate a report.
06Enforcement
We consider severity, impact, intent, history, and willingness to remediate. Responses may include notice, traffic filtering, temporary suspension, content removal, or termination. Urgent threats may require immediate action without advance notice.
07Customer responsibility
You are responsible for securing systems, keeping contact information current, responding promptly to abuse notices, and ensuring your users follow this policy.
