Last updated: August 2, 2026
01Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of services provided by INGEN Cloud. By ordering, accessing, or using a service, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced here.
02Accounts and orders
- You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping credentials secure.
- We may verify, reject, or cancel an order when required to prevent fraud, abuse, or operational risk.
03Billing
- Recurring services are billed in advance unless an order states otherwise.
- Fees are due on the date shown on the invoice. Service may be suspended when an invoice remains unpaid.
- Setup fees, domain registrations, licenses, and completed service periods are generally non-refundable.
04Service use
You must use the services lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Usage Policy. You remain responsible for your applications, content, users, software licenses, and data.
05Availability and maintenance
We work to provide reliable service and publish applicable availability commitments in our Service Level Agreement. Planned maintenance, emergency work, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect service.
06Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, unlawful activity, material policy violations, threats to our systems or others, or when required by law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
07Liability
Services are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. INGEN Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
08Changes
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
